Same-day pickup guidelines

To give yourself the best chance of getting a same-day pickup, schedule it as early in the day as possible.

Most couriers have a same-day pickup cutoff around 2:00 p.m. EST, but cutoff times can vary by courier. If the cutoff has passed, the pickup may need to be scheduled for the next business day.

How to schedule a same-day pickup

1. Log in to your ShipTime account.
2. Enter your shipment details and complete the quote process.
3. Create your shipping label before the courier’s same-day pickup cutoff.
4. Follow the prompts to schedule your pickup.

If same-day pickup is available, it can be selected during the pickup scheduling process.

Important to know

• Same-day pickup cutoff times vary by courier.
• Scheduling earlier in the day is recommended.
• If the cutoff has passed, the next available pickup date may be the following business day.
