How Does Saturday Delivery Work with ShipTime?

ShipTime supports Saturday or weekend delivery with select couriers and services.

When available, you can choose a Saturday delivery option during shipment creation. ShipTime will only display eligible courier services that support weekend delivery for the shipment.

Additional fees may apply.

How do I select Saturday delivery?

When creating your shipment:

  1. Enter the shipment details and continue through the quote process.
  2. Select the Saturday Delivery or applicable weekend-delivery option when it is available.
  3. Review the eligible courier services and any additional charges.
  4. Complete the shipment as usual.

Which couriers support Saturday delivery?

Saturday delivery availability depends on the courier, service, origin, destination, and shipment details.

For example, UPS may offer Saturday delivery on eligible services and routes.

ShipTime will show the available options during shipment creation, so always rely on the services displayed for the specific shipment rather than assuming Saturday delivery is available for every courier.

Are there additional fees?

Yes, additional charges may apply for Saturday or weekend delivery.

The applicable fee should be reflected in the shipment pricing when the option is available.

What about local weekend deliveries?

For eligible local deliveries, Uber Direct may also be available through ShipTime and can support delivery seven days a week in applicable service areas.

Availability depends on the pickup and delivery locations.

Can I drop off a shipment on Saturday?

Some courier locations may accept Saturday drop-offs, but this does not necessarily mean the shipment will move or be delivered the same day.

Additional weekend pickup or handling charges may also apply depending on the courier and service.

If weekend timing is important, review the available service carefully before completing the shipment.
