How to Order Shipping Supplies with ShipTime

ShipTime members have two ways to access shipping and packaging supplies:

  • Request eligible courier-provided supplies through our Heroic Support™ team
  • Shop for additional packaging and business supplies through our partnership with Whitebird

Order Supplies Through Whitebird

ShipTime members in Canada can access preferred pricing on packaging and facility supplies through Whitebird, a Canadian-owned supplier.

Whitebird offers products such as:

  • Shipping boxes
  • Mailers
  • Packaging materials
  • Labels
  • Shipping supplies
  • Facility and business supplies

ShipTime members receive preferred pricing, plus an additional 15% off their first Whitebird order.

To access the ShipTime member offer:

  1. Sign in to your ShipTime account.
  2. Select Order Supplies from the side menu.
  3. You will be directed to the ShipTime partner page on Whitebird.
  4. Browse the available products and complete your order directly with Whitebird.

Request Courier-Provided Shipping Supplies

Some couriers offer eligible shipping supplies, such as courier envelopes, shipping packs, and label pouches.

To request courier-provided supplies, contact our Heroic Support™ team and let us know what you need.

When making your request, please provide:

  • The courier you use
  • The type of supplies required
  • The quantity required
  • Your delivery information
  • Any other information needed to complete the request

Our team will confirm availability and help submit the request where applicable.

Are Courier Shipping Supplies Free?

Some courier-provided shipping supplies may be available at no charge depending on the courier, service, supply type, and eligibility.

Availability, quantities, delivery times, and any applicable costs are determined by the courier and may change.

Products ordered through Whitebird are purchased directly through Whitebird and are separate from courier-provided supply requests.
