How to Complete a Mandatory Password Reset

ShipTime may occasionally require you to update your password to help keep your account secure. If a password reset is required when you sign in, follow the steps below.

Reset your password

1. Go to app.shiptime.com and attempt to sign in.

2. If a password reset is required, a message will appear letting you know that a reset link has been sent to the email address associated with your ShipTime account.

3. Check your email for a message with the subject Password Change Instructions.

4. Open the email and select All Good. Reset It Here.

5. Enter your new password, following the password requirements shown on the screen.

6. Select Update Password to save your new password.

7. Return to app.shiptime.com and sign in using your new password.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the password reset email

  • Confirm that you're checking the email address associated with your ShipTime account.
  • Check your spam or junk folder and any email filters that may have redirected the message.
  • Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
  • If you still don't receive it, contact Heroic Support™ for assistance.

I received an Invalid Token error

Password reset links may be replaced when a newer reset email is generated. If you requested or received multiple password reset emails, make sure you're using the link from the most recent email.

If the latest link still doesn't work, request a new password reset or contact Heroic Support™.
