How to Get Your Shipment to the Courier: Pickup or Drop-Off

Depending on the courier service you select, you may have the option to schedule a pickup or take your shipment to an authorized drop-off location.

Available options are shown during the shipment creation process in ShipTime.

Schedule a courier pickup

If pickup is available for your selected service, you can arrange for the courier to collect the shipment from your location.

During shipment creation:

  1. Select the available Pickup option.
  2. Review the available pickup details and scheduling options.
  3. Confirm your pickup information before completing the shipment.

Pickup availability and timing depend on the courier, service, location, and when the shipment is created.

Drop off your shipment

If drop-off is available, you can take your prepared shipment to an authorized location for the courier you selected.

During shipment creation:

  1. Select the available Drop-Off option.
  2. Use the provided location information or link to find an authorized drop-off location.
  3. Print and securely attach your shipping label to the package.
  4. Take the shipment to the authorized location.

Before handing over your shipment

Whether you're scheduling a pickup or dropping off your package:

  • Make sure the shipment is securely packaged.
  • Confirm that the correct shipping label is securely attached.
  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels or barcodes on reused packaging.
  • Follow any courier-specific requirements displayed during shipment creation.
