How to Track Your Shipment with ShipTime

You can track your shipments directly from your ShipTime account or use the courier tracking number to check the shipment on the courier’s website.

Track your shipment in ShipTime

  1. Sign in to your ShipTime account.
  2. Under Manage, select History & Tracking.

  1. Find the shipment you want to track. Use the available search options to help locate a specific shipment.
  2. Review the shipment status displayed in History & Tracking.
  3. Open the shipment details to view additional tracking information available from the courier.

Track your shipment on the courier's website

You can also use the courier tracking number to track your package directly on the courier's website.

  1. Find the courier tracking number in your ShipTime shipment details.
  2. Visit the official website of the courier handling your shipment.
  3. Open the courier's tracking page.
  4. Enter the tracking number to view the latest information available from the courier.

Understanding tracking updates

Tracking information comes from the courier and is updated as the shipment moves through its network.

Keep in mind:

  • Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a label is created.
  • The timing and level of tracking detail vary by courier and service.
  • A shipment may go for a period of time without a new scan or status update.
  • Estimated delivery dates can change while a shipment is in transit.
