What Does an Estimated Delivery Date of “0 Days” Mean?
If ShipTime shows an estimated delivery date of “0 days,” it means the courier is not providing a confirmed delivery estimate at the time the shipment is booked.
The estimated delivery date may become available once the shipment is picked up and begins moving through the courier’s network.
Why does ShipTime show “0 days”?
This can happen when the courier cannot calculate a reliable delivery estimate before the shipment is in transit.
Possible reasons may include:
- the shipment’s origin or destination
- the selected courier service
- courier processing times
- limited delivery-estimate information at the time of quoting
How can I check the delivery estimate later?
Once the shipment is in transit:
- Log in to your ShipTime account.
- Go to History & Tracking.
- Open the applicable shipment.
- Review the latest tracking information and any updated estimated delivery date provided by the courier.
Is “0 days” the actual transit time?
No. A “0 days” estimate does not mean the shipment will be delivered the same day.
It simply means a reliable estimated delivery date was not available when the shipment was quoted or booked.
What should I do if no delivery estimate appears?
Continue monitoring the shipment tracking once the courier has picked it up.
If the shipment is already in transit and you still have questions about the expected delivery date, contact our Heroic Support™ team and we can help review the available tracking information.
